New Year’s Resolution

stem.jpg

A New Year’s resolution is a tradition, most common in the Western Hemisphere but also found in the Eastern Hemisphere, in which a person resolves to change an undesired trait or behavior, to accomplish a personal goal or otherwise improve their life.

“New year means new opportunities” now that this is New year my New Year’s resolution is that for me to learn from my pasts and correct my bad habits like not doing my assignments, going to my classes late, not studying, not exerting effort towards my academics, too much playing of computer games, and doing things that hurt other people’s feelings.

This 2019  I am going to be a better version of me I am going to make sure that in what I do I am going to do it all for the love of our Lord. “I can do all this through him who gives me strength.”          -Philippians 4:13

Christmas holds importance of many levels. It is a time for families and friends to come together and share and enjoy and celebrate the love and appreciation for each other they share. All of the gifts, the cards, the bows, the paper, the special food are, in so many ways, expressions of the love and appreciation that we hold for each other – whether that be as a family, friends, or even co-workers.

This photo was taken last December 14, 2018 during our Christmas party. This photo is a memorable one because this is our first photo that we friends is complete. We all enjoyed and made a lot of memories that day as a class. We also learned that when the bond becomes stronger friends turns into a family and that bond will never
be broken and the love will never get lost.

“My Thoughts On Love”

“Love is patient; love is kind and envies no one. Love is never boastful, nor conceited, nor rude; never selfish, not quick to take offence. Love keeps no score of wrongs; does not gloat over another’s sins, but delights in the truth. There is nothing love cannot face; there is not limit to its faith, its hope, and its endurance. In a word, there are three things that last forever: faith, hope, and love; but the greatest of them all is love.”                                                                                                                                           (1 Corinthians 13)

About Myself

My name is John Francis Emmanuel B. Guatelara, and I am 17 years old. I was born on January 10, 2001 at Bacolod city where I am currently living in. Today I am Grade 11 taking STEM strand at the University of St. Lasalle Bacolod City.

Listening to music, playing computer games, chill with my friends and cousins, biking and traveling are the things that I like to do most. Ever since I was a kid I am already used to travel with my family. My father works in Hong Kong that’s why we visit him there every summer break.
